Back patio - terrace with views over the countryside and village, gazebo shade. (This terrace at the back of the house is high up.) Gets sun afternoon and evening, great for eating outside in the evening. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Entertainment - TV with cable channels, DVD player, WiFi available.

Bedroom 1 - twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 - twin beds, fitted wardrobe, balcony with table and 2 chairs, bedside table, lamp, ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 - single bed, large cupboard with chest of drawers. A second bed can be placed in this room if needed.
Bathroom - toilet, basin, bidet, shower over bath, Bathroom 2 - toilet, basin, cupboard with iron, ironing board, clothes airer.

This house on the edge of the urbanisation, 2 mins to the communal pool, you can walk into countyside easily from here - there is a waterfall only 10 mins walk away. The urbanisation is a no through road so only resident traffic.
